LumiStory is a small, independent project, currently in testing. These terms are intentionally short — if something feels missing, assume good faith and email us.
The service
LumiStory provides bedtime and language-learning stories narrated in two languages. Features, story availability, and pricing may change as the app develops, especially while it's in early testing.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for anything that happens under your account. Accounts are meant for personal, non-commercial use by you and your family.
Acceptable use
Please don't use LumiStory to upload or request content that's illegal, harmful, or infringes someone else's rights, or try to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
Content
Stories, translations, and narration provided through LumiStory are for personal listening use. Personalized details you add (like a character's name) belong to you, but the underlying story content remains ours.
No warranty
LumiStory is provided "as is," especially during this early testing period. We'll do our best to keep it running smoothly, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every feature will work perfectly all the time.
Changes & termination
We may update these terms, or the app itself, as things evolve. We may also suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. If we make a significant change, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
